Six scalability rules
2. Cache the API
Pages Functions use caches.default with s-maxage 30. Functions are not CDN-cached by default.
3. No KV per request
KV writes happen from the cron, once per run. Never from a user request.
4. One indexer
A single cron Worker reads logs in bounded windows with backoff and writes D1.
5. Poll cached JSON
Clients poll one cached endpoint. Ten thousand viewers cost one origin read.
6. Strict CSP
Ship headers that only allow the Quai RPC. Loosen on purpose, not by accident.
